What’s a patient portal?
A patient portal is a website that gives you 24/7 access to your medical records from your computer or phone. After you set up your account, you can use this tool to view test results, pay your bill, communicate with your providers, and more.
Your online health record
Patients at Montage Health are automatically enrolled in a health information exchange (HIE) to help patients and care providers share health information electronically. HIEs make patient health data available to doctors no matter where a patient receives care.
Your patient record may include information from your:
- Doctor’s office
- Laboratory tests
- Pharmacy
- Radiology and imaging tests
- Surgical procedures and hospital stays
